This studio can host 2 persons. It has a kitchenette with dishes and utensils, en suite bathroom with shower, free Wi-Fi, TV, air/con, sealing fan, free private parking. Outside has a veranda where you can relax. This studio offers to his guest the use of our unique garden and also from our property offers direct privet access to the sea below.

PAYMENT POLICY
Room Rates are applied per room and include V.A.T. and local tax (Climate TAX: 1,5€ / night)
In order to secure your booking a deposit of 50% will be required. The remaining balance must be paid 40 days before arrival.
For reservations 40 days before arrival the total cost of reservation must be paid.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposit 50% of the total cost of the reservation. The deposit and the remaining balance that has been paid before arrival are not refundable in any case of cancellation.
We would like to inform you that our current policy does not allow free modifications or refund to your reservation dates. No refund for less days prior of your arrival or during your staying can be made.
This policy cannot be altered for covid -19 related issues.
In case of refund for any reason, the commission from the bank will be burden the guest and not the accommodation.
